My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. While the view overlooking Capitol Hill was a nice touch, there were several disappointments, including the lack of daily cleaning, no room service, and an inefficient valet service. The lobby dripping during rain was quite a nuisance, and the thermostat not working made it unusually cold. On the upside, the location was superb for walking to Union Station and Capitol Hill.

My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were really nice and clean, but they were distant from the elevator, and I had to go down the hallway to get boiling water for tea since there was only a coffee maker available. I loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and cozy, with a view of the Capitol Buildings. Although it was always cold, I had to use the air conditioner at hot mode to make it bearable. Upon my arrival, the hotel was a perfect choice with its high pressure, hot shower, spacious living area, and one of the comfiest beds I've experienced. The service was exceptionally nice, and the staff's graciousness and smiles truly made my stay memorable. The location, next to Union Station, was ideal for exploring the Capitol and nearby attractions. The dining experience was good overall, despite possibly being pricey, and the facilities were well-maintained.
